Faraz, a paranormal investigator who uses only analogue recording devices, appears on a TV debate show to defend his life's work: decades of archived audio evidence capturing ghostly encounters across the UK and Ireland. Facing a hostile skeptic, he plays a chilling recording from a sealed location - a disembodied voice claiming territory from beyond the grave. Elsewhere, an unnamed aristocrat watches from his drawing room. Intrigued by Faraz's unshakeable methods, he makes a phone call. The hunter has been seen. Now, he is being summoned.

Jamaica, Norway, Berlin, Bulgaria, the UK, the US, and Malaysia. From a haunted dub studio to a contemporary take on Dicken’s The Signal-man, from the rubble of a tenement block to a story of the Scandinavian myling, unwanted children killed by their mothers who must be buried and given a name before their souls can be at peace. Tales of the Waning Light gives voice to the voiceless.
