A six-part documentary series that explores the stories of some of the most intriguing scripts that were N E V E R M A D E, told in part by the legendary filmmakers who should have had the power to make them – David Lynch, Carol Morley, Stanley Kubrick, Spike Lee, Alfred Hitchcock, and Orson Welles.

N E V E R M A D E casts light on cinema otherwise lost to history – scuppered through illness or death, lost finances, creative differences, or simply having disappeared down the rabbit hole of development hell. Over 6 x 30’ episodes, we pick through the ephemera of what is left of each film, speculating on what could have been and examining the reasons relating to how each of these astonishing ideas came to be canned.
